SSA SCHEME IN TAMIL: சர்வ சிக்ஷா அபியான் என்பது ‘அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி’ என்று மொழிபெயர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, மேலும் SSA என்பது இந்திய அரசாங்கத்தின் முதன்மையான திட்டமாகும்.
பிரிவு- 21A-ன் படி கட்டுப்பட்ட வழி. முன்னாள் இந்தியப் பிரதமர் அடல் பிஹாரி வாஜ்பாய், 6 வயது முதல் 14 வயது வரையிலான அனைத்துக் குழந்தைகளுக்கும் தொடக்கக் கல்வி அளிக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் சர்வ சிக்ஷா அபியான் திட்டத்தைத் தொடங்கினார்.
86வது அரசியலமைப்பு திருத்தத்திலும் இது அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. 2001 ஆம் ஆண்டில் தோராயமாக 206 மில்லியன் குழந்தைகள் இலவச மற்றும் கட்டாயக் கல்வியைப் பெறுவதற்கான அடிப்படை உரிமையைப் பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
சர்வ சிக்ஷா அபியான் (SSA) மனித வளம் மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகத்தின் (MHRD) கீழ் உள்ளது. சர்வ சிக்ஷா அபியான் 2002 இல் ஒரு தலையீட்டுத் திட்டமாகத் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
மேலும் SSA 2000-2001 வரை செயல்பட்டு வந்தது. பல கட்டங்களில், மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வித் திட்டம் (DPEP) நாடு முழுவதும் 18 மாநிலங்களில் 272 மாவட்டங்களை உள்ளடக்கியது.

2001 வாக்கில், சர்வ சிக்ஷா அபியான் $1500 மில்லியன் நிதியுதவியைப் பெற்றது, அதன் குடையின் கீழ் 50 மில்லியன் இளைஞர்கள் உள்ளனர். ஏப்ரல் 1, 2010 அன்று கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டம் (ஆர்டிஇ) இயற்றப்பட்டது.
சில கல்வியாளர்கள் மற்றும் முடிவெடுப்பவர்கள் இந்தச் சட்டம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டதன் மூலம், அதைச் செயல்படுத்துவதற்கான சட்டப்பூர்வ அதிகாரம் SSA-க்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று நினைக்கிறார்கள்.

6 முதல் 14 வயது வரையிலான அனைத்து குழந்தைகளுக்கும் இலவச மற்றும் கட்டாயக் கல்வி வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பின் 86 வது திருத்தத்தின் கொள்கையின் அடிப்படையில் இது செயல்படுகிறது.

SSA SCHEME IN ENGLISH: Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan translates to ‘education for all campaign’ and SSA is a flagship programme of the Indian Government that started in 2001.
The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme, also called the SSA scheme, aims to ensure the universalisation of elementary education in a time-bound way as per Article- 21A. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the former Indian prime minister, launched the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme with the aim of providing elementary education to all children from ages 6 to 14.
This was also declared in the 86th Constitutional Amendment. Approximately 206 million children in the year 2001 have a fundamental right to receive free and compulsory education. The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is under the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD).
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan began as an intervention plan in 2002, and SSA was functioning from 2000-2001. Throughout multiple stages, the District Primary Education Programme (DPEP) covered 272 districts in 18 states across the nation.
The State Governments (15%) and the Central Government (85%) split the programme’s cost. Several other organizations, notably the World Bank, the Department for International Development (DFID), and UNICEF, provided funding for the Central share of the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme.
By 2001, the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan had received over $1500 million in funding, with 50 million youngsters under its umbrella. On April 1, 2010, the Right to Education Act (RTE) was enacted. Some educators and decision-makers think that the passage of this law has given SSA the legal authority to execute it.
