30th May 2023 CURRENT AFFAIRS TNPSC EXAM PORTAL IN TAMIL & ENGLISH PDF: இந்தியாவில் கல்வி சார்ந்து மத்திய கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சகம் பல்வேறு சர்வேக்களை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது. அந்த வகையில் தான் ஏஐஎஸ்எச்இ (AISHE) எனும் உயர் கல்விக்கான அகில இந்திய ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. 2020-21ம் ஆண்டுக்கான ஆய்வு முடிவு தற்போது வெளியாகி உள்ளது.

இந்த ஆய்வின் முடிவில் திடுக்கிட வைக்கும் தகவலும், ஆறுதலான தகவலும் வெளியாகி உள்ளது. இந்த ஏஐஎஸ்எச்இ ஆய்வில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள முக்கிய தகவல்கள் பின்வருமாறு:

2019-20ம் ஆண்டை ஒப்பிடும்போது 2020-21 கணக்கெடுப்பில் இந்தியாவில் உயர் கல்வியை பொறுத்தமட்டில் ஆதிதிராவிடர், பழங்குடியினர் மற்றும் இதர பிற்ப்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பை (ஓபிசி) சேர்ந்தோர் உயர்கல்வி பயில்வது அதிகரித்துள்ளது. 

அதன்படி ஆதிதிராவிட மக்களில் 4.2 சதவீதமும், பழங்குடியின மக்களில் 11.9 சதவீதமும், இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பை சேர்ந்த மக்களில் 4 சதவீதம் வரையும் உயர்கல்வி பயில்வது அதிகரித்துள்ளது.

இதன்மூலம் இந்தியாவில் உயர்கல்வியில் சேரும் மாணவர்களில் 50 சதவீதம் பேர் இரு பிரிவை சேர்ந்தவர்களாக உள்ளனர். அதாவது உயர்கல்வியில் ஓபிசி பிரிவை சேர்ந்தவர்கள் 36 சதவீதமாகவும், ஆதிதிராவிடர் பிரிவை சேர்ந்தவர்கள் 14 சதவீதமாக உள்ளனர். 

மாறாக இஸ்லாமிய மாணவர்கள் உயர்கல்வி பயில்வது என்பது இந்தியாவில் குறைந்து வருகிறது. இதற்கு முக்கிய காரணமாக கொரோனா பரவல் இருக்கலாம் என கூறப்படுகிறது.

30th May 2023 CURRENT AFFAIRS TNPSC EXAM PORTAL IN TAMIL & ENGLISH PDF: கொரோனா பரவலால் 12ம் வகுப்பு பிறகு பலரும் தங்களின் உயர்கல்வியை கைவிட்டு வேலைக்கு சென்றது தான் முஸ்லிம் மாணவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை என்பது உயர்கல்வியில் குறைந்ததற்கு முக்கிய காரணமாக இருக்கலாம் என கூறப்படுகிறது. 

இந்த சர்வேயின் படி இஸ்லாமிய மாணவர்கள் உயர்கல்வி பயில்வது என்பது 8 சதவீதம் வரை குறைந்துள்ளது. மேலும் கணக்கெடுப்பு நடத்தப்பட்ட காலத்தில் 12ம் வகுப்பை முடித்து உயர் கல்விக்காக கல்லூரி சென்றவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை வெறும் ஒரு லட்சத்து 79 ஆயிரமாக மட்டுமே உள்ளது.

குறிப்பாக உத்தரப் பிரதேசத்தில் 36 சதவீதம், ஜம்மு காஷ்மீரில் 26 சதவீதம், மகாராஷ்ட்டிராவில் 8.5 சதவீதம், தமிழகத்தில் 8.1 சதவீதம் என்ற அளவில் இஸ்லாமிய மாணவர்கள் உயர் கல்வி பயிலும் விகிதம் முந்தைய ஆண்டை ஒப்பிடும்போது சரிந்துள்ளது. 

மாறாக கேரளாவில் மட்டுமே இஸ்லாமிய மாணவர்களின் உயர் கல்வி சதவீதம் என்பது சிறப்பாக உள்ளது. கேரளாவில் 43 சதவீதம் என்ற அளவில் இஸ்லாமிய மாணவர்கள் உயர்கல்வி பயில்கின்றனர்.

மேலும் இன்னொரு ஆச்சரியமான விஷயமும் இந்த ஆய்வில் தெரியவந்துள்ளது. அதாவது இஸ்லாம் மதத்தை பின்பற்றுவோரில் ஆண்களைவிட பெண்கள் அதிக எண்ணிக்கையில் உயர் கல்வி பயில்கிறார்கள் என்பது இந்த ஆய்வின் மூலம் தெரியவந்துள்ளது. அதோடு பிற சிறுபான்மை மதங்களிலும் ஆண்களை விட பெண்களே அதிகளவில் உயர்கல்வி பயில்வது இந்த ஆய்வின் மூலம் தெரியவந்துள்ளது.

இந்திய மக்கள் தொகையில் தற்போது இஸ்லாமியர்களின் மக்கள் தொகை 14 சதவீதம் என்ற அளவில் உள்ளது. ஆனால் உயர்கல்வி பயில்வோரின் எண்ணிக்கை என்பது 4.6 சதவீதம் என குறைந்து காணப்படுகிறது. மேலும் இஸ்லாமியர்கள் ஆசிரியர்களாக இருப்பதும் குறைந்துள்ளது. 

இந்தியாவில் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களில் பொதுப்பிரிவை சேர்ந்த 56 சதவீதம் பேரும், ஓபிசி பிரிவை சேர்ந்த 32 சதவீதம் பேரும், எஸ்சி பிரிவை சேர்ந்த 9 சதவீதம் பேரும், எஸ்டி பிரிவை சேர்ந்த 2.5 சதவீதமும் பேரும் உள்ளனர். ஆசிரியர்களில் இஸ்லாமியர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை என்பது வெறும் 5.6 சதவீதமாக தான் உள்ளது.

It was in this way that the All India Survey of Higher Education (AISHE) was carried out. The examination result for the year 2020-21 is out now.

At the end of this study, startling information and comforting information have been revealed. The key information reported in this AISHE study is as follows:

As compared to 2019-20, there has been an increase in the enrollment of Adhi Dravidians, Tribals and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in higher education in India in the 2020-21 survey. 

According to this, higher education has increased by 4.2 per cent among Adi Dravida people, 11.9 per cent among tribal people and 4 per cent among other backward classes.

As a result, 50 percent of students enrolled in higher education in India belong to both categories. That is, 36 percent of OBCs and 14 percent of Adi Dravidians are in higher education. Conversely, the number of Muslim students in higher education is declining in India. It is said that the main reason for this may be the spread of corona virus.

It is said that the number of Muslim students may be the main reason for the decrease in higher education due to the spread of corona virus, many people have given up their higher education after 12th standard and gone to work. 

According to this survey, enrollment of Muslim students in higher education has decreased by 8 percent. Also, during the survey period, the number of those who completed 12th standard and went to college for higher education was only one lakh 79 thousand.

On the contrary, only in Kerala is the percentage of higher education among Muslim students better. In Kerala, 43 percent of Muslim students are pursuing higher education.

Another surprising thing has also been revealed in this study. It has been revealed through this study that among the followers of Islam, more women than men are pursuing higher education. 

In addition to this, it has been revealed through this study that in other minority religions, women are more likely to pursue higher education than men.

Muslims currently constitute 14 percent of India’s population. But the number of higher education students has decreased to 4.6 percent. And the number of Muslims as teachers has also decreased. 

Among the teachers in India, 56 per cent are from general category, 32 per cent from OBC category, 9 per cent from SC category and 2.5 per cent from ST category. The number of Muslims among teachers is only 5.6 percent.
