UDYAMI BHARAT IN TAMIL: தொழில்முனைவோர் இந்தியா’ (Udyami Bharat) என்பது தொடக்க நாளிலிருந்து எம்எஸ்எம்இ-களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிப்பதற்காக பணியாற்றுவதில் அரசின் தொடர்ச்சியான உறுதிப்பாட்டை பிரதிபலிப்பதாகும்.
எம்எஸ்எம்இ துறைக்குத் தேவையான உரிய கால உதவியை வழங்க முத்ரா திட்டம், அவசர கால கடன் உத்தரவாதத் திட்டம், பாரம்பரிய தொழில்களை மறு உருவாக்கம் செய்வதற்கான நிதித்திட்டம் போன்ற பல திட்டங்களை அவ்வப்போது அரசு தொடங்கியுள்ளது. இது நாடு முழுவதும் கோடிக்கணக்கான மக்கள் பயனடைய உதவி செய்துள்ளது.
ரூ. 6000 கோடி ஒதுக்கீட்டுடனான உருவாக்குதல் மற்றும் விரைவுபடுத்துதலில் எம்எஸ்எம்இ செயல்பாட்டுத் திட்டம், தற்போதுள்ள எம்எஸ்எம்இ திட்டங்களின் விரிவாக்கத்துடன் மாநிலங்களில் எம்எஸ்எம்இ-களின் திறன் மற்றும் ஈடுபாட்டு அமலாக்கத்தை அதிகரிப்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டதாகும்.
இது புதிய கண்டுபிடிப்பு, ஆலோசனைகளை ஊக்குவித்தல், புதிய வணிகங்களையும், தரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் தொழில்முனைவோரையும் பாதுகாத்தல், நடைமுறைகளை மேம்படுத்துதல், சந்தை வசதிகளை விரிவுபடுத்துதல், தொழில்நுட்பம் சார்ந்த கருவிகளை பயன்படுத்துதல், எம்எஸ்எம்இ-களை போட்டித்திறன் மற்றும் தற்சார்பு கொண்டதாகவும் மாற்றுவதற்கு 4.0 தொழில்துறை ஆகியவற்றை ஊக்கப்படுத்துதல் தற்சார்பு இந்தியா திட்டத்திற்கு உதவும்.
முதன்முறை எம்எஸ்எம்இ ஏற்றுமதியாளர்களின் திறன் கட்டமைப்பு திட்டம் என்பது உலகளாவிய சந்தைக்கு சர்வதேச தரங்களில் பொருட்களையும், சேவைகளையும் வழங்க எம்எஸ்எம்இ-களை ஊக்கப்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டது. இது உலகளாவிய மதிப்பு தொடரில் இந்திய எம்எஸ்எம்இ-களின் பங்களிப்பை விரிவுபடுத்துவதோடு, அவற்றின் ஏற்றுமதி திறனை உணர்வதற்கு உதவும்.

உற்பத்தித் துறைக்கான அதிகபட்ச திட்டச் செலவை ரூ. 25 லட்சத்திலிருந்து ரூ. 50 லட்சமாக உயர்த்தியது, சேவை துறையில் இதனை ரூ. 10 லட்சத்திலிருந்து ரூ. 20 லட்சமாக உயர்த்தியது, அதிகபட்ச மானியங்களை பெறுவதற்கான சிறப்பு வகை விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் பட்டியலில் முன்னேற விரும்பும் மாவட்டங்கள் மற்றும் திருநங்கைகளை இணைத்தது உள்ளிட்டவை பிரதமரின் வேலை உருவாக்க திட்டத்தின் சிறப்பு அம்சங்களாகும்.
மேலும், வங்கிப் பணி, தொழில்நுட்ப மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்தும் நிபுணர்களை ஈடுபடுத்துவதன் மூலம் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் / தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு ஆதரவு அளிப்பதும் இதில் அடங்கும்.
எம்எஸ்எம்இ ஐடியா ஹேக்கத்தான் 2022 என்பது தனிநபர்களின் வெளிப்படாத உருவாக்கத் திறனுக்கு ஆதரவளித்து மேம்படுத்துவது, நவீன தொழில்நுட்பங்கள் பயன்பாட்டை அதிகரிப்பது எம்எஸ்எம்இ-களுக்கு இடையே புதிய கண்டுபிடிப்பை ஊக்குவிப்பது ஆகியவற்றை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டதாகும். தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட ஆலோசனைகளில் ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்ட ஒவ்வொரு ஆலோசனைக்கும் ரூ.15 லட்சம் வரை நிதியுதவி வழங்கப்படும்.
தேசிய எம்எஸ்எம்இ விருதுகள் என்பவை இந்தியாவின் செயலூக்கமிக்க எம்எஸ்எம்இ துறையின் வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டில் எம்எஸ்எம்இ-களின், மாநிலங்கள் / யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களின், முன்னேற விரும்பும் மாவட்டங்களின், வங்கிகளின் சிறப்பு மிக்க செயல்பாட்டிற்கான அங்கீகாரமாகும்.

UDYAMI BHARAT IN ENGLISH: ‘Entrepreneurial India’ (Udyami Bharat) reflects the government’s continued commitment to work towards empowering MSMEs since its inception. To provide timely assistance to the MSME sector, the government has launched several schemes from time to time like MUDRA Scheme, Emergency Loan Guarantee Scheme, Fund Scheme for Reconstruction of Traditional Industries. It has helped millions of people across the country to benefit.
Rs. 6000 Crore allocation for creation and acceleration of MSME Action Plan aimed at increasing the capacity and engagement of MSMEs in the states along with expansion of existing MSME schemes. It will help the Self-Reliance India program to promote innovation, encourage ideas, protect new businesses and entrepreneurs by improving quality, improve practices, expand market facilities, use technology-based tools, encourage Industry 4.0 to make MSMEs competitive and self-reliant.
The first ever MSME Exporters Capacity Building Program is aimed at encouraging MSMEs to supply international standards of goods and services to the global market. This will expand the contribution of Indian MSMEs in the global value chain and help them realize their export potential.
Maximum project cost for manufacturing sector is Rs. 25 lakhs to Rs. 50 lakhs, in the service sector it was increased to Rs. 10 lakhs to Rs. 20 lakh, inclusion of transgenders and districts wishing to advance in the list of special category applicants for maximum grants are some of the highlights of the Prime Minister’s Job Creation Scheme. It also includes supporting applicants/entrepreneurs by engaging banking, technical and marketing experts.
MSME Idea Hackathon 2022 aims to support and develop the untapped creative potential of individuals, increase the use of modern technologies and encourage innovation among MSMEs. Funding of up to Rs.15 lakh will be provided for each approved proposal among the selected proposals.
The National MSME Awards are a recognition of the outstanding performance of MSMEs, States / Union Territories, aspiring districts, banks in the growth and development of a vibrant MSME sector in India.
