PARAMPARAGAT KRISHI VIKAS YOJNA IN TAMIL: நீடித்த வேளாண்மைக்கான தேசியத்திட்டம் NMSA என்ற மிகப்பெரிய திட்டத்தின் உள்ளே அடங்கி இருக்கும் விரிவான ஒரு பகுதியே பாரம்பரிய விவசாய மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் (Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojna – PKVY என்பதாகும்.
மண்ணில் ஆரோக்கியத்தைப் பேணுவது பற்றியது இது. இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இயற்கை வேளாண்மை ஊக்குவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

இயற்கை வேளாண்மையில் ஈடுபடக்கூடிய கிராமங்களைத் தத்தெடுத்து அவற்றை ஒரு தொகுப்பாக அணுகியும், விவசாயி அரசு இ-சேவை அல்லாத மூன்றாவது ஒரு அமைப்பிடமிருந்து சான்றினைப் பெற்றும் இயற்கை வேளாண்மை வளர்ச்சிக்கு ஊக்கம் தரப்படுகிறது.

இத்தகைய வேளாண் விளைபொருள்கள் பூச்சிக்கொல்லி மருந்துப்படிவுகள் இல்லாதவையாக, நுகர்வோரின் உடல்நலத்தை மேம்படுத்தக்கூடியதாக இருக்கும்.
விவசாயிகளின் வருமானத்தை அதிகரித்து வணிகர்களுக்கு சாத்தியப்பாடுள்ள சந்தையை இது உருவாக்கும்.
இயற்கை வளங்களைத் திரட்டி இடுபொருள்களை உருவாக்க விவசாயிகளை ஊக்குவிக்கும்.
திட்டச் செயலாக்கம்
PARAMPARAGAT KRISHI VIKAS YOJNA IN TAMIL: பாரம்பரிய விவசாய மேம்பாட்டுத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் விவசாயிகளின் குழுக்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு இயற்கை வேளாண்மை செய்வதற்கு அவர்களுக்கு ஊக்கம் தரப்படும்.
50 அல்லது அதற்கும் மேற்பட்ட விவசாயிகள் ஒரு குழுவாகச் சேர்ந்து 50 ஏக்கர் அளவுள்ள நிலத்தில் இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இயற்கை வேளாண்மையை மேற்கொள்வார்கள். இந்த முறையில் 3 ஆண்டுகளில் 10 ஆயிரம் குழுக்கள் 5 லட்சம் ஹெக்டேர் நிலத்தில் இயற்கை வேளாண்மையில் ஈடுபடுவார்கள்.
சான்று பெறுவதற்கான செலவில் விவசாயிகளுக்கு எந்தவிதமான சுமையும் இருக்காது.
விதைச்செலவு முதற்கொண்டு அறுவடை வரையிலும் அதன் பிறகு சந்தைக்கு விளைபொருள்களை எடுத்துச் செல்வதற்குமாக ஒவ்வொரு விவசாயிக்கும் ஒரு ஏக்கருக்கு 20 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வீதம் மூன்று ஆண்டுகளில் பணம் தரப்படும்.
பாரம்பரிய வளங்களைக் கொண்டு இயற்கை வேளாண்மையின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு ஊக்கமளிக்கப்படுவதோடு, விளைபொருள் சந்தையுடன் தொடர்பு படுத்தப்படும்.
விவசாயிகளை உள்ளடக்கி இயற்கை வேளாண் விளைபொருள்களின் உற்பத்தியையும் தரச்சான்று பெறுவதையும் இது அதிகரிக்கும்.

PARAMPARAGAT KRISHI VIKAS YOJNA IN ENGLISH: National Program for Sustainable Agriculture A comprehensive component of the National Program for Sustainable Agriculture is the Traditional Agriculture Development Program (Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojna – PKVY). Certification from a non-Government e-Service third-party organization encourages development of organic farming.
Expected benefits
PARAMPARAGAT KRISHI VIKAS YOJNA IN TAMIL: The scheme aims to produce commercial agricultural products through certified organic farming.
- Such agricultural products are pesticide-free, potentially improving consumer health.
- It will increase the income of farmers and create a potential market for traders.
- Encouraging farmers to harness natural resources and create inputs.
Project implementation
PARAMPARAGAT KRISHI VIKAS YOJNA IN TAMIL: Under the traditional agriculture development scheme, farmers’ groups will be formed and they will be encouraged to practice organic farming.
50 or more farmers join together in a group on 50 acres of land and undertake organic farming under this scheme. In this way, 10 thousand groups will engage in organic farming on 5 lakh hectares of land in 3 years.
Farmers will not be burdened with the cost of getting the certificate.
Each farmer will be paid Rs 20,000 per acre over a period of three years, from seed cost to harvest and then for transporting the produce to the market.
The development of organic farming with traditional resources will be encouraged and the produce will be linked to the market.
It will increase production and certification of organic produce by involving farmers.
