NEEDS SCHEME IN TAMIL: தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில்கள் துறையால் “புதிய தொழில்முனைவோர்-தொழில் முனைவோர் மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் (நீட்ஸ்)” தொடங்கப்பட்டது.

படித்த இளைஞர்கள் முதல் தலைமுறை தொழில்முனைவோராக மாறுவதற்கு உதவும் வகையில் இத்திட்டம் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டு சிறப்புத் திட்டமாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டது.

இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ், படித்த இளைஞர்களுக்கு தொழில் முனைவோர் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும், அவர்களின் வணிகத் திட்டங்களைத் தயாரிக்க உதவுவதோடு, பெரிய தொழில்துறை வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் அவர்களை இணைக்கும் வகையில், புதிய தொழில் முயற்சிகளை அமைப்பதற்கு நிதி நிறுவனங்களுடன் இணைத்துக் கொள்ள உதவும்.

அவர்கள் வங்கிகள்/தமிழ்நாடு தொழில் முதலீட்டுக் கழகம் (TIIC) மூலம் திட்ட மதிப்பீட்டில் 25% மூலதன மானியத்துடன் ₹75 லட்சத்திற்கு மிகாமல் கடன்கள் மற்றும் 3% வட்டி மானியத்துடன் மென் கடன்கள் பெற உதவுவார்கள். தொழில்முனைவோர் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனம் மற்றும் TIIC ஆகியவை இந்த செயல்பாட்டில் முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கும்.

இந்த திட்டம் இளம் முதல் தலைமுறை தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு உற்பத்தி அல்லது சேவை நிறுவனங்களை வெற்றிகரமாக கருத்தரித்தல், திட்டமிடுதல், தொடங்குதல் மற்றும் தொடங்குதல் ஆகியவற்றில் பயிற்சி அளிப்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

NEEDS SCHEME IN TAMIL: பயிற்சித் திட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக முடித்தவுடன், உற்பத்தி அல்லது சேவை நிறுவனங்களை மார்ஜின் பண உதவியுடன் நிறுவ வங்கிகள்/தமிழ்நாடு இண்டஸ்ட்ரியல் இன்வெஸ்ட்மென்ட் கார்ப்பரேஷன் லிமிடெட் (TIIC) ஆகியவற்றிலிருந்து காலக் கடன்களைப் பெறுவதற்கு அவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்யப்படும்.

திட்டச் செலவு = ரூ 10.00 லட்சம் முதல் ரூ 500.00 லட்சம் வரை
திருப்பிச் செலுத்தும் காலம் = 6 மாத கால அவகாசம் உட்பட 5 முதல் 7 ஆண்டுகள்
இணை பாதுகாப்பு = கடன் தொகையில் 50%

திட்டத்தின் நோக்கங்கள்

NEEDS SCHEME IN TAMIL: படித்த இளைஞர்களை முதல் தலைமுறை தொழில்முனைவோராக உருவாக்க, உற்பத்தி அல்லது சேவை நிறுவனத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக உருவாக்குதல், திட்டமிடுதல், தொடங்குதல் மற்றும் தொடங்குதல் ஆகிய அத்தியாவசியங்கள் குறித்து தொழில்முனைவோர் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும்.

5 கோடி ரூபாய்க்கு மிகாமல் திட்டச் செலவில் உற்பத்தி அல்லது சேவை நிறுவனங்களை நிறுவ நிதி நிறுவனங்களுடன் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்ய உதவியது மற்றும் திட்ட மதிப்பீட்டில் 25% மூலதன மானியம் ₹75 லட்சத்திற்கு மேல் 3% வட்டி மானியத்துடன்.

NEEDS SCHEME IN TAMIL: மாநில அரசாங்கத்தால் வழங்கப்படும். கிடைக்கும் தன்மைக்கு உட்பட்டு, மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள சிட்கோ தொழிற்பேட்டைகளில் மனைகள் / கொட்டகைகளை ஒதுக்குவதற்கு அவர்களுக்கு 25% வரை இட ஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கப்படும்.

நோக்கம்

NEEDS SCHEME IN TAMIL: படித்த இளைஞர்கள் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டு, தொழில் முனைவோர் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டு, வணிகத் திட்டத்தைத் தயாரிப்பதில் உதவுவார்கள், வங்கிகள்/TIIC/SIDBI உடன் இணைவதற்கு உதவுவார்கள் மற்றும் புதிய தொழில் முயற்சிகளை அமைப்பதற்கு முக்கிய தொழில்துறை வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் இணைக்கப்படுவார்கள்.

தகுதி

NEEDS SCHEME IN TAMIL: முதல் தலைமுறை தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு +2 தகுதி மற்றும் பொது பிரிவின் கீழ் 21-35 வயது மற்றும் சிறப்பு பிரிவின் கீழ் 21-45 வயது (அதாவது, பெண்கள் / எஸ்சி / எஸ்டி / பிசி / எம்பிசி / சிறுபான்மையினர் / முன்னாள் படைவீரர் / திருநங்கைகள் / மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள்)

தனியார் லிமிடெட் நிறுவனங்கள் நீட் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் உதவி பெற தகுதியற்றவை.

NEEDS SCHEME IN ENGLISH: The scheme “New Entrepreneur-Cum-Enterprise Development Scheme (NEEDS)” was launched by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of Tamil Nadu.

The scheme was devised and formulated as a special scheme to assist educated youth to become first-generation entrepreneurs.

Under this scheme, educated youth will be given entrepreneur training, assisted to prepare their business plans, and helped to tie up with financial institutions to set up new business ventures, besides linking them with major industrial clients.

They will be assisted to avail term loans from Banks/Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation (TIIC) with capital subsidy at 25% of the project cost not exceeding ₹75 lakhs and soft loans with 3% interest subvention. The Entrepreneurship Development Institute and TIIC will play a crucial role in this process.

The scheme aims to provide training to young first-generation entrepreneurs in conceiving, planning, initiating, and launching manufacturing or service enterprises successfully.

On successful completion of the training programme, they will be assisted to get term loans from Banks /Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (TIIC) to set up manufacturing or service enterprises with margin money assistance.

Project Cost = Rs 10.00 lakhs to Rs 500.00 lakhs
Repayment Period = 5 to 7 years including 6 months moratorium
Collateral Security = 50% of loan amount

Objectives of the Scheme

NEEDS SCHEME IN ENGLISH: Educated youth will be given entrepreneurship training to groom them as first-generation entrepreneurs on the essentials of conceiving, planning, initiating, and launching a manufacturing or service enterprise successfully.

On completion of the training program, they would be assisted to prepare their business plans and helped to tie up with financial institutions to get term loans, to set up manufacturing or service enterprises with a project cost not exceeding ₹5 Crore and capital subsidy of 25% of the project cost not exceeding ₹75 lakhs with 3% interest subvention to be provided by the State Government.

Subject to availability, they would also be provided with reservation up to 25% for allotment of Plots / Sheds in SIDCO Industrial Estates in the State.

Purpose

NEEDS SCHEME IN ENGLISH: Educated youth will be identified, given entrepreneurial training, assisted in preparation of business plan, helped to tie up with banks/TIIC/SIDBI and linked with major industrial clients to set up new business ventures.

Eligibility

NEEDS SCHEME IN ENGLISH: For first generation entrepreneur with +2 qualification and in the age group of 21-35 years under General category and 21-45 years under special category (i.e., Women /SC / ST/BC/ MBC / Minorities / Ex-serviceman / Transgender / Differently abled persons)

The Private Limited Companies are not eligible for getting assistance under NEED Scheme.
