INDIA SMART CITIES CONCLAVE 2023: இந்திய ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டி விருதுகள் போட்டி என்ற தலைப்பில் வீட்டுவசதி மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற விவகாரங்கள் அமைச்சகத்தால் விருதுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
இதில், கோயம்புத்தூர் (Covai) மாநகராட்சி நிதிச் செயல்பாடுகள், மாதிரிச் சாலைகள், ஏரிகள் புனரமைப்பு ஆகிய மூன்று முதல் பரிசுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளது.

தொடர்ந்து, தஞ்சாவூர் (thanjavur) நகரின் கலாச்சார மேம்பாடு மற்றும் வரலாற்றைப் பராமரித்தல் தொடர்பான திட்டங்களுக்காக மாநகராட்சிக்கு மூன்றாம் பரிசு கிடைத்தது.
பள்ளிகளை டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்குதல் பிரிவில் தூத்துக்குடி (tuticorin) மாநகராட்சி 3ம் இடம் வென்றது. இதனை, இந்திய ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டி விருதுகள் வழங்கும் விழாவில் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் திரௌபதி முர்மு மத்தியப் பிரதேச மாநிலம் இந்தூரில் புதன்கிழமை (செப்.27) வழங்கினார்.

INDIA SMART CITIES CONCLAVE 2023: The awards were presented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs under the theme of India Smart City Awards Competition.
In this, the Coimbatore (Covai) Corporation has bagged three first prizes namely Financial Operations, Model Roads and Lakes Restoration.
Subsequently, the Corporation received the third prize for its projects related to cultural development and preservation of the history of Thanjavur city.
Tuticorin Corporation won the 3rd place in the Digitization of Schools category. This was presented by President Draupadi Murmu at the Indian Smart City Awards ceremony in Indore, Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday (September 27).
